As you can see it’s a big space -  and our thanks go to Dr. Neil Everist , OAM, chairman of the Gordon Foundation and Colin Frisch, Executive Officer of the Gordon Foundation  for  giving us a tour of the Gordon Gallery.

p.s. if you’re in Geelong see if you can get a lunch booking at the Café on Track at  the Gordon Institute,

Look for Toile de l’Australie – an exhibition of prints and fashionable objects from photographs printed on fabric & paper.     Once again Tony and I are having an exhibition together -  photographs by both of us of some of our favourite Australian things and  places printed on paper and fabric.  The fabric will be made into some iconic Australian clothing, quilts and who knows what else.  Other photographs will be printed on paper and presented in  a more conventional way.  That is up to a point, because all images will in some way have been digitally  manipulated  to pay tribute to the tradition of toile fabrics.  I love the design of  toile fabrics and the tradition they represent of pictorial images mostly representing the enjoyment of life..
